It has no form of air conditioning. Bathroom needs to be fixed. Treatment for carpenter ants and termites, attic access.

Yeah you would imagine the sellers would fix it to get it sold

It has so much else we are going to spend on it because it's a fixer upper so it's not even the end

New tank probably 8-10k. New tank and leach fields probably 20-30k.
