    this is almost what we do. They work 12-hour shifts and have a 4-day week (Su, Tu, W, Th) and a 3-day week (M, F, Sa)

    Yeah places that are 24/7 work you a lot but they have interesting off time. Some plants do like 12 hour shifts but it's 3 days on then 4 days off.
