The flat stretches all have streets connecting them.

There is a good stretch but it's all hilly.

I'm not sure if I have a good flat surface around me that I can take advantage without worrying about cars turning out

What are your sprints? I did a 1.5 mile run (which is what we did in the Navy for our fitness test) and I ran it about 1mph faster than I do on my normal 5k run days
