-
Chillcavern • 10 minutes agoI was going to say it might be too supportive
-
six7 • 11 minutes agoalso the amount of steroids that are used today is insane. dudes are on trt like chicks are on ozempic. for purely aesthetics

six7 • 13 minutes agoyea def not everywhere, but in most cases that ive seen. its more supportive than anything... again in most cases
-
Chillcavern • 13 minutes agoThe problem is that people you know outside of it can be…very judgmental when your “performance” doesn’t match their expectations

six7 • 14 minutes agoi love reverse lunges tbh
-
James • 18 minutes agoI'm going to try to adapt and keep going even if that means stopping squats for a bit. I think lunges and step ups on a box should be fine.
-
James • 18 minutes agoBut in the past with running and other things when I got hurt like this I would stop and it was hard to get going again
-
James • 20 minutes agoBut benching 75 lbs vs 125 pounds when I weigh 165 is a big difference
-
James • 20 minutes agoOh I agree.
-
six7 • 20 minutes agocontrary to public perception, i feel like the gym isnt judgemental
-
James • 21 minutes agoPlus I feel and look better.
-
James • 21 minutes agoI feel like for my size and length of training I am doing reasonable work
-
James • 21 minutes agoYeah, I'm happy with where I am getting. I'm not embarrassed to go in there and put in work.
-
six7 • 22 minutes agoif u ever need a warmup or mobility movement, ive found a lot of success with ankle/knee pain by incorporating bodyweight squats with your legs together on your tippy toes for 20 reps
-
six7 • 23 minutes agothats awesome bro, glad to see u getting better each week
-
six7 • 23 minutes agook yea that makes sense then. i was assuming they were back-to-back at first lol
-
James • 24 minutes agoYeah I just do M-W-F
-
six7 • 25 minutes agowait do u have a rest day in between?
-
James • 25 minutes agoI started at the bar, so I've progressively worked myself to this place
-
James • 25 minutes agoIf I fail any set, stay at the same weight next workout. 3 failed workout and it all goes down 10%
-
six7 • 26 minutes agofor each workout?
-
James • 26 minutes ago5 sets, First set is at my max working , and then the other sets are 10% less than that. 5 reps each set.
-
James • 26 minutes agoNope
-
James • 26 minutes agoYeah I'm doing above body weight now so at least I don't feel bad I tweaked it at a small weight lol
