New tank probably 8-10k. New tank and leach fields probably 20-30k.

It's not super backed up or anything but it has only been a single person in there for so long. We are a family of 4. We will start backing it up even more.

The leach fields are backed up. There are probably roots in them. They will probably need to do new leach fields and it would probably be smart to put in a new tank (the original is still in there) if they do all of that.
