Let me tell you this. I can code but I didn’t get any college course in data structures or algorithms. So when they give me those problems it will be a struggle.

a couple years ago a company that rejected me out of undergrad hit me up asking me if i was interested in a manager role

yep plus it's better to be on their radar

That way if you reapply in 6 months with additional skills, you know how the interview goes

Yeah I’m 100% not ready for an interview at Microsoft. Do I bomb the interview if I get it and reapply in 6 months or so or do I just pull the application and build up my skills for the next 6 months and reapply?
