The W's Favorite Best-Friend Duo Has Propelled The Fever To 3rd In The Eastern Conference.

Fever fans couldn't ask for a better post-game quote from the 2044 1st round pick, Shari Christmas, who describes her relationship with the 2044 2nd round pick and 2044 WNBA Rookie of the Year, Autumn Jimenez, as 'inseparable'.

The 2044 Indiana Fever finished the WNBA season with a record of 15-25, landing themselves in last place in the Eastern Conference. While the record was less than impressive, the individual growth was what the season was truly about.

Indiana has had the luxury of hosting the last two WNBA Rookie of the Year winners (Shayla Marion in 2043 & Autumn Jimenez in 2044), with a potential for a third straight winner in Brianna Augustus, the former #1 pick in the 2045 draft. But what's truly incredible about this season is their on-court chemistry, which is allowing the Fever to not just win basketball games, but to set an example as the 3rd best team in the East.

"We're just in sync. We know each other's game & how we can help each other be better on the court.." Fever' point guard Autumn Jimenez told DS.net.

While the Fever sit 4.5 games behind first place with 14 games remaining, the team has a real chance to make it back to the playoffs after a multi-season playoff drought.
