KAT got played in that game 2 highlight. this finals has plenty storylines.
i predict Porter becomes a liability as a pure big and his role starts to diminish, following the footsteps of Dwight Howard, and this series will be the start to his demise.

The Calm Before The Storm.
"Long time no see.." A voice rang from behind after our morning shootaround while we prepared for Game 1 later tonight.
I turned around to be left speechless as usual by this same individual.
".. No way.. I didn't think I was ever going to see you again."
In front of me stood Liberty Seydoux. My former wife.
"What's it been.. like.."
"..Five years." she said as she finished my sentence for me.
"Wow. Five years. That all feels like yesterday to me.. You look great, Lib."
"You're very sweet.. It's good to see you again too, Tiny."
"I've got a question for you though yo.. how exactly do you keep popping up on me in NBA arena's like this?" I said with a chuckle.
She laughed.
"Don't worry about that.. They think I'm media. I've been sent to deliver you a message from the Armada."
"(...)"
"You remember Agent Carter & Agent Lee, right?"
"Of course.. I mean how could I forget The Armada.. After all of that beef with Isaac Frost they advised me to lay low & said they would contact me again someday.. 5 years have passed. I didn't expect I'd ever hear from them again.. Let alone YOU being the one sent to contact me."
"Right.. Well, after all of that, they took me in. They decided that you were too high profile & didn't want to risk your professional career, as I'm sure you understand."
"Sure, I guess. So if you're here on a job then what's the message?"
Liberty reached into her coat pocket & pulled out an envelope with a card inside. Stamped with the official Armada seal that Tiny had received 5 years ago, the note read:
Tiny Jimenez,
Good luck in the NBA Finals. We'll be in contact shortly afterwards.
For now, enjoy Ms. Seydoux's company while we prepare.
Tiny walked over to his duffel bag & tossed the card inside.
"So that's it?"
"That's it.."
At that exact moment a member of the Pacers' media team came to get Tiny's attention to be directed for interview questions.
"I've got to run. Guess I'll be seeing you again.." I said to Liberty as I gave her the first hug we've had in years.
"Yes. Yes, you will, Tiny." She replied as she walked off the floor having delivered the message to Tiny.

You called it. I thought Washington was going to give us more of a run but they wouldn't stop shooting so many damn 3's. I can't believe we've only lost once & that's because Chasson Cash is the greatest player in the tinyverse. If he had some better teammates...mvp wrote: ↑05 Dec 2022, 09:23felt like a sweep from the beginning (like i called )

Bold prediction on DJ. He should feast all over Nicolas Claxton in these Finals. They're a long bigger than us with AD/Porter vs. Zion/Claxton.
Could be interesting to see last season's Finals MVP become more of a liability this time around..

Tiny a whole head taller than James Taylor. What is he supposed to do?
Onwards and upwards I guess.

I'd like to see some Zion at the 5 this series

I think this series was enough to give James Taylor a chip on his shoulder. He needs a veteran guard to teach him a thing or two about 32's weaknesses.
That might not be a bad gameplan Greg Brown can play either the 3 or 4 & then we've got a solid bench core to bring into that lineup between McCollum / Primo / LeVert
Not the best outing for Porter in our first meeting but he dominated us in the second meeting this season.
