4. Miami - Kyrie and Cameron Boozer
5. San Antonio - Cooper Flagg and Iggy, Jr.
6. Suns - Porzingas and Scoot Henderson
7. OKC - Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Karl Brown (2028 CAP)
8. Indiana - Daniel Wooden and Cedric Peters (rookie) have potential
9. New Orleans - Conroy, Jr. and Bagley have potential
10. Washington - Michael Wong and Bobby Noel (when healthy) have potential

And all of these teams, except Washington, actually are set to make the playoffs as of right now.
