Jadon Freeman among standouts at Clear Brook's spring game as third Freeman brother adds fourth sport to resume
Jack Coleman -- Houston Chronicle Sports Writer

Joseph Freeman Sr. was a standout baseball player for Booker T. Washington High School, Joseph Freeman Jr. was a standout football player for Clear Brook High School, where his two oldest sons Joseph Freeman III and Jeremiah Freeman were elite basketball players before going on to be All-Americans at local Texas Southern and are currently leading the Houston Rockets in the playoffs.

The next Freeman up is Jadon Freeman, a talented 2025 prospect with legitimate D-1 aspirations as a track and field athlete, basketball and baseball player and as of this spring, football player.

Jadon was one of the standouts for the Wolverines football during their spring game against Friendswood with the six-foot-three corner intercepting a pass and returning it thirty-six yards for a touchdown which would be Clear Brook's only points of the game in a 25-6 loss.

Despite not playing the sport since he was in the seventh grade, Jadon's performance in the spring netted him an offer from Kansas State, Alabama State and Texas Southern. Jadon is a long and disruptive cornerback with plenty of room to grow as he's still learning the position. An elite athlete with a sub-11 in the 100-meter, Jadon is a three-year starter for the Clear Brook in basketball and was a spot starter last season for the baseball team as a shortstop and primarily as a pinch runner.
