- We haven't averaged as much as I would like the last few seasons. We're going to tweak some things, and that requires a little sacrifice.
- We got a solid team coming back, definitely sticking around for this one

Notes:
- Really slow start as we were figuring out lineups and adjusting the style of play.
- Our scoring numbers are back up for sure.
- Made another tweak after the Duke Game, and it seemed to be the right one. Blow out wins over Wichita and Memphis really set the stage.

January/February Review:
- Dominant two months, lost on a buzzer beater against Auburn to not have the undefeated conference play regular season.
- We're #1 in then nation in points scored, and that's with some weird low scores. 68,71,74 all pulled that down a little bit.
- #1 in the Polls, and hopefully have a good SEC tournament to lock the #1 seed for the 1st time since 2022.

Post-Season Review
- 2nd Round really sucks, and we just can't seem to get the job done in the SEC tourney.
- Really frustrating loss, believe we had the best team in the tournament. The bracket setup perfectly for us too, it wasn't our day.
- All SEC National Title, and we weren't one of them.

- We need to get back to the recruiting to a better identity rather than straight talent. I think that's what was missing in this team, we were extremely talented but we weren't in tune with the system.
- 30 win season feels disappointing, that's a good thing right?

- The 2nd Seton Hall Game 1st quarter was very strange, 20-14 at the half. Pulled down our averages.
- Right at forcing 20 turnovers per game, first time since St.Johns days.
- This is probably our most complete Tennessee team, maybe not the most talented but it's close.

Notes:
- Dominating season from beginning to end.
- Finally won the SEC Tournament, was a thorn in our side but we finally got it done.
- Won each game in the NCAA Tournament by double digits.
- Team was loaded, matched the system, and really didn't look back. Felt after last season we were missing something, and the incoming players(and players leaving) molded us into a better unit
- I feel better about this team than the Back to Back St. Johns Championships(And the first Tennessee one). These were all my players that I recruited, didn't inherit them.

- 9 NC State to the National Championship game. Defeating UNC, Uconn, Belmont, Louisville, and Ohio State

- I will be looking for another school. We've won 2 National Titles here, and the system worked at a big school.
- Will it be another power house, middle tier big school, or an underdog. Don't know

- First guy came in and failed in a tough conference. Going 13-18, and 15-19. The talent was young, just not ready.
- The next guy did much better. Going 22-12, missing the Tourney and 19-15 missing it again. This year, went 23-11 and made it to the 2nd round of the NCAA Tournament.
