1st Quarter
The Lakers wrapped up their six-game road trip with a visit to the Charlotte Hornets. Russell knocked down four three-pointers in the quarter as he led the Lakers to a double-digit lead after the first quarter, 39-22.

2nd Quarter
Anthony Davis scored 11 points in the second quarter was the Lakers increased their lead to eighteen points at halftime, 66-48.

3rd Quarter
The Lakers opened the game wide open in the third quarter behind the trio of Austin Reaves, Anthony Davis and D'Angelo Russell. The trio combined for 21 points in the third as the Lakers lead reached thirty heading into the fourth quarter, 94-64.

4th Quarter
LeBron James scored 12 points in the fourth quarter and the Lakers defeated the Hornets 120-86.

Decided to stand pat at the Trade Deadline, eh? Team is looking really good at the moment.

Yeah, I didn't feel there was any real move that could be made other than addressing the need for a backup center (which would've been Andre Drummond). Jaxson Hayes doesn't really strike me as a big man who can has the defensive ability like Anthony Davis does, but so far it's been working, but that could be in large part due to Christian Wood giving me a very productive 20 minutes a game and averaging double figures.
