Grizzlies unable to keep up with the Sixers in fourth quarter

(3-3) 78 @ 91 (4-1)

Get out of the way or else you will be on a poster with Tavon Cash.

Starting Lineups:
Grizzlies | Sixers
Wade Baldwin -PG- Tavon Cash
Andrew Harrison -SG- Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot
Troy Williams -SF- Ben Simmons
Deyonta Davis -PF- Dario Saric
Lester Edwards -C- Jahlil Okafor
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thomas & Mack Center. Paradise, NV. - These two teams have met once before this summer league where the Grizzlies blew out the Sixers. For most of the game, the Grizzlies were looking to pull off an upset on the Sixers. Unfortunately, they ran out of gas as they scored only 12 points in the fourth quarter.

Philadelphia did a great job shutting down Andrew Harrison, who scored 23 points in their last meeting. Tonight, Harrison struggled with 9 points on 4 of 16 shooting. Troy Williams, Dillon Brooks, and Wade Baldwin all scored in double digits with 13, 12, and 12 respectively but the Grizzlies needed much more production on offense to defeat the Sixers.

Grizzlies| 27 | 19 | 20 | 12 || 78
Sixers | 25 | 18 | 23 | 25 || 91

Troy Williams: 13 pts, 2 reb, 1 ast, 1 stl, 1 blk, 4/9 FG, 2/3 3PT, 3/4 FT
Dillon Brooks: 12 pts, 1 reb, 3 ast, 1 stl, 4/9 FG, 4/6 3PT
Wade Baldwin: 12 pts, 1 reb, 3 stl, 5/10 FG, 2/3 3PT
Andrew Harrison: 9 pts, 1 reb, 5 ast, 1 stl, 1 blk, 4/16 FG, 1/3 3PT

Philadelphia 76ers
Tavon Cash: 27 pts, 3 reb, 5 ast, 11/19 FG, 0/3 3PT, 5/7 FT
Jahlil Okafor: 16 pts, 8 reb, 2 stl, 1 blk, 7/10 FG, 2/2 FT
Justin Anderson: 9 pts, 1 ast, 3/7 FG, 1/4 3PT, 2/2 FT

Hibbert Player of the Game: J.R. Peeler: 11 min, 4 pts, 2/8 FG

Tavon Cash drops 43, Sixers advance to championship

(5-1) 97 @ 90 (5-1)

Celtics #9 Demetrius Jackson thought he had an easy layup, but Sixers #25 Ben Simmons comes flying from behind to block the shot.

Starting Lineups:
Sixers | Celtics
Tavon Cash -PG- Terry Rozier
Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot -SG- Jonathon Simmons
Ben Simmons -SF- Jayson Tatum
Dario Saric -PF- Kyle Wiltjer
Jahlil Okafor -C- Tarik Black
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thomas & Mack Center. Paradise, NV. - Tavon Cash and Jayson Tatum. The first overall pick going up against the third overall pick. Tatum showed his worth on the floor tonight with a team-leading 22 points, but Tavon Cash definitely won the battle. In just the first quarter, Cash scored 20 points. After resting the entire second quarter and most of the third quarter, Cash finished the game with a game-high 43 points. The second highest points scored for the Sixers were from Simmons and Okafor who both scored 12 points.

With this win, the Sixers will play in the summer league championship against either the Pacers or the Suns.
