The Iso-Joe Experiment Comes To An End As The Storm Welcome Disgruntled Harry Giles
While many were skeptical about the Storm signing 18-year veteran Joe Johnson, it seemed like a step in right direction to creating a winning attitude for the league's new franchise.
That has quickly come to an end as the Storm have dealt Joe Johnson along with their 2019 2nd Round Pick to the Sacramento Kings in exchange for the 2nd year man out of Duke, Harry Giles.
Giles has yet to become a name in the NBA, but his other basketball accolades speak for themselves.
News leaked out that Giles & his camp were very unhappy with his role with the Kings as he has spent more time playing in the G-League instead of on the NBA hardwood.
The Kentucky Storm were desperate for another big man on the roster. After throwing in Joe Johnson as part of the deal, the Kings agreed.
Giles will wear #1, the same number he wore in High School & at Duke, for the Kentucky Storm.
