Summary: This should have been any easy win for the New York Knicks. Well, not easy, but a win nonetheless. With the Miami heat playing without three of their starters. But this why the games are played. Miami trailed for the first two quarters of this game, but never by more than 8 points.

Defense seem to be the key as the Heat came out in the third quarter and went on an 11-1 run, as they used defense to turn in some easy offense. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist had the hot hand tonight as he outworked Zion Williamson on the perimeter. Kidd-Gilchrist hit 6 of his 7 three point attempts as the Knicks continued to build their lead late in the game. Miami shot 11 of 22 from deep for the game.
