Yeah Santiago is interesting - he's got an 86 Potential and looks to be rated a 69 Overall already - and his H/9 is sky high. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone better than that Potential wise. Padilla is the next highest with 79 POT (71 OVR). Pineda is interesting too - he's a 74, and according to his ratings, he's basically MLB-ready. But he's only a 71 POT. A lot of the A potential players that were drafted aroud the league have low OVRs (in the 50s, maybe low 60s) - so I'm hoping some success in the minors can get those potentials up for my guys, and they can have an impact with the big club sooner.
