We come to a new chapter in the Road to the Show career of Bryan Hurst.
It's time to enter the PS4 generation after four seasons on the PS3.
He played as an 18-year old in MLB 09, a 19- and 20-year old during two seasons in MLB 10 and made his major league debut during his fourth season as a 21-year old on MLB 14.
I've taken the MLB 14 RTTS (PS3) file and imported it into MLB 15 RTTS (PS3).
I took the MLB 15 RTTS (PS3) file and then imported it into MLB 16 RTTS (PS3).
I took the MLB 16 RTTS (PS3) file and then imported it into MLB 16 RTTS (PS4) via the cloud.
As a result, I will be playing the 2015 season on MLB 16 (PS4). (I couldn't import it into the MLB 17 without wasting a year).

It seems weird see November 2014 date in MLB 16 but that's where we start.
The first order of business is a new contract. The Tigers offer me one-year at $1.3M which is a big boost from the $500K I received last season.
I make a counter offer of $1.4M which causes the Tigers to laugh. We settle on $1.325M.

Now here is something I don't understand. My highest rating is 74 (durability) but overall rating is listed as 85 going into the new season. How can my overall rating be higher than any individual rating? (It was 83 at the end of the MLB 14 season so it's not an issue exclusive to MLB 16).
Is the overall rating inflated to ensure I get selected by the AI to start over another player?

Thanks for bringing this over here. I'm excited to see what you can do after the heart breaker of a season last year.
