Leif Davis Joins Arsenal for £110M on Deadline Day

In another heartbreaking move for Sunderland, captain Leif Davis has left the club to join Jack Clarke at Arsenal. This marks the departure of both key fixtures in the club's left hand side over the last two seasons who led the league in assists and goals respectively. Arsenal have massively fortified their attack and defense with the moves. Sunderland did not sit on their hands though and shortly after Davis' confirmed transfer, sealed a £21M deal for Josh Doig. The 24 year old Scottish left wing-back from Sassuolo figures to be a great replacement for Davis with his pace and ability to contribute to both attack and defense.
