Manchester United Fill out 25th Squad Spot with Erick Sánchez


Sánchez was available as a free agent after most recently playing for Pachuca of Liga MX

Manchester United have completed the signing of 24 year old, Mexican central midfielder, Erick Sanchez from the free agents pool. United only had 24 players of a possible 25 in their squad and have decided to pick up Sanchez to fill out the final spot. He becomes the fifth central midfielder in the side, joining a midfield ranks that already includes Bruno Fernandes, Bruno Guimaraes, Mason Mount and Kobbie Mainoo. Sánchez will be on $10K per week with the Red Devils and becomes just the second Mexican player to play for United after his countryman Chicharito.
