NOC:

Mankind personifies that Hardcore belt, good to see him win it!

Molly Holly with the upset!!

Rock should have been there for his boys. SMH

Orton and Benjamin should keep going. Great feud there.

Booker vs Lesnar was a good one, can't see Lesnar letting that go easily.

Goldberg dominated Rock. Could have used the NOD there.

Great PPV and great string of shows. I like the one roster format.

That women's division has actually been really good. Molly Holly makes things interesting.

Orton & Boss Man vs Benjamin & X felt like filler at first but a good push for Orton.

Six man was a great match-up, didn't seem like a great match though.

Bummer Angle beat Christian, Angle vs Lesnar should be fun for the final though.
Yeah I enjoyed that go-home show for Smackdown!

Backlash:

NOD vs BOD has been a good series. Wondering if you'll keep it going or come up with something new?

Should be able to get some good women's matches with Molly holding the belt now.

Ohhh Benjamin joining NOD? If so that's gotta make them the best faction going.

Want to see that Savage vs Rock feud keep going. Can't end it on that.

Great Angle vs Lesnar match. Poetic result.
I wouldn't say Shelton outright joined, but they definitely helped him and he had no problem with it. We'll see how that develops :yep:

Yeah I like bringing that hardcore belt back. Molly Holly and Booker were big upsets imo, really wasn't expecting those.

We'll see if the recent division means the end of the NOD or it's just a bump in the road. They all definitely can't be happy about losing their belts.

RAW is WAR to be Rebranded as Just... RAW

Image
After plans were hatched to combine the entire roster back into one show, RAW is WAR, Vince McMahon has made a secondary decision to change the name of the flagship show from RAW is WAR to RAW. "The decision was simple. We no longer have a war going on between RAW is WAR and Smackdown!, so it made sense to drop "is WAR" from the name and go with just "RAW"." He continued, "We're going to be giving you live, raw action with the best superstars in professional wrestling every week, from powerhouses like our World Heavyweight champion Goldberg to high-flying acts like Rey Mysterio and talented women like our current Women's Champion, Molly Holly. It's a new look and a new approach for the show and the company going forwards."

October Week 4 | Tulsa, OK

Image
Match #1: One on One Normal | Randy Orton vs. Rowdy Roddy Piper
To kick off the inaugural episode of RAW, we had a matchup of old versus new as the legend, Rowdy Roddy Piper, took on the Intercontinental Champion, Randy Orton. The younger Orton was in control throughout the matchup, but Piper had a few tricks up his sleeve including countering an RKO and almost catching Randy with a surprise roll-up to keep things interesting. Eventually though, Orton was too much for the veteran and he struck with the RKO to put Roddy down for the three count. After the match Piper offered a handshake to Orton. Everyone in the arena was expecting him to do something dirty, but Randy actually shook his hand and applauded the veteran as he headed back to the locker room.
Winner: Randy Orton by pinfall.

Match #2: One on One Normal | Molly Holly vs. Mickie James
Next up on the docket we had another matchup featuring a current champion, with Women's Champion, Molly Holly, taking on Mickie James. Holly has been on a great run the last several weeks, winning the Divas title recently before vacating it after beating Chyna for the unified Women's Championship at Night of Champions. She continued that great run of form here, out-maneuvering Mickie throughout the matchup, but her opponent refused to go down easily. Twice, Molly Holly set up James for the Go Round diving finisher and twice Mickie countered it into a devastating powerbomb. The second was particularly damaging, and as Molly stumbled to her feet to recover from it, Mickie smashed her in the face with the Mick Kick to pick up a surprising upset victory.
Winner: Mickie James by pinfall.

Match #3: One on One Normal | Bobby Lashley vs. John Cena
Lashley and Cena faced off for the first time since Lashley defeated Cena and Big Show in a triple threat match to win the match on RAW is WAR back in September. This one never even really got going. Clearly there was still animosity leftover from the build up to their last match, and it showed immediately. The action spilled outside of the ring very quickly and the two superstars traded blows and slams. The referee tried to signal to them to get back inside but they seemed more intent on using the environment around them to punish each other physically. Cena speared Lashley into the ring apron as the referee counted to ten and the match was ruled a no contest. Cena and Lashley continued to fight each other until more officials came out to break them up.
Winner: No Contest

Match #4: One on One Normal | Christian vs. Mark Henry
Mark Henry came out without his Nation of Domination attire on with a microphone in hand. He stated that after losing the titles, the Nation has decided to disband, and Papa Shango has also decided to take a break from professional wrestling. He made it clear however that he still intended to dominate, with or without allies. After that, out came Christian to start the matchup. The two put on a good contest, but it was clear the much stronger Henry had the advantage and over time he started to wear down Captain Charisma. A World's Strongest Slam would ultimately be Christian's fate as he succumbed to the World's Strongest Man in the match. After it was over though, Henry's celebrations were interrupted by Christian's former tag team partner, Edge... and Jeff Hardy? The two of them came down the ramp and Edge grabbed the microphone, "Hey Mark, congrats on the win. But unlike you, my buddy Christian there has allies. You see, Jeff and I here plan to team up with him at Survivor Series in this year's main event, elimination tag team match. And we plan to kick your ass if you're willing to captain the team on the other side. I suggest you find some allies, and quick as the pay-per-view is only a few weeks away". Edge and Jeff grabbed Christian and headed backstage as Henry was left to think about the gauntlet that had just been laid down. With the Nation of Domination seemingly out of commission, how would he find team members to take on Edge, Christian, Jeff Hardy and whoever else they planned to team with at Survivor Series?
Winner: Mark Henry by pinfall.

Main Event: One on One Normal | Goldberg vs. Steve Austin
Unbelievable. Goldberg ran over one of the top guys in the history of the business like a freight train. Right out of the gates he hit a spear and Austin was out of it from that point on. Goldberg followed that up with a Jackhammer that only didn't end the match because Austin got his foot on the rope. The World Heavyweight Champion didn't spend any time being frustrated though and immediately went to the corner to line up Stone Cold for a spear. He connected once Austin reached his feet and this time, in the center of the ring, the pin was a certainty as he picked up the victory. It's hard to see how ANYONE is going to be able to beat this guy for the belt.
Winner: Goldberg by pinfall

Orton vs Piper sounds like a good matchup. I remember Piper but I can't really remember his wrestling skill or style.

Women's match sounded good.

Lashley and Cena might be a good feud.

Christian vs Henry with completey different styles seemed like it could be a dud but turned out pretty decent sounding, SS should be fun.

Goldberg is a beast!

Don't really remember Piper's style either tbh lol. The survivor series feud looks interesting for sure.

November Week #1 | Amherst, MA

Image
Match #1: Fatal 4-Way | Steve Austin vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Randy Orton vs. Big Show
The night opened up with the classic "glass-shattering" entrance music of Stone Cold Steve Austin as he sauntered down to the ring. Several of the top performers over the last few months were competing in this match against Austin: the former United States Champion, Big Show, King of the Ring 2x semi-finalist, Rey Mysterio and the Intercontinental Champion, Randy Orton. But it was Austin who stole the show. He was looking to make up for an embarrassingly quick loss to Goldberg last week, and at different times in the match he took each of these younger stars to task. First it was brutalizing Rey Mysterio outside of the ring, then it was careening a chair off of Big Show's head. Lastly, Austin surprised Orton with a Stone Cold Stunner that knocked him out and allowed the Rattlesnake to pick up the victory. After the match, Stone Cold went to ringside and tapped Orton's Intercontinental Championship twice, seeming to suggest he wants it, before heading backstage.
Winner: Steve Austin by pinfall.

Match #2: One on One | Molly Holly vs. Beth Phoenix
Molly Holly has been on a tear in the women's division, beating basically everyone who's stepped in her path. It looked like she was on the way to another victory against Beth Phoenix after a hot-start until she was distracted by Chyna's music. Chyna was nowhere to be found but while Molly searched for her, Beth Phoenix was able to grab her from behind and hit her with a devastating Glam Slam to get the win.
Winner: Beth Phoenix by pinfall.

Middle Card Promo | John Cena
John Cena came out and grabbed a microphone before starting to talk to the WWE Universe. He complained about the way WWE has been run recently and that he's tired of Bobby Lashley running around acting like he's the toughest guy in the company. Cena laid down a challenge and dared Lashley to come out to the ring to meet him, which the United States Champion did almost immediately. Lashley came out and said that he's simply here to show Cena what a REAL WWE superstar looks like, and that Cena's done nothing to earn the right to challenge him to a match. Cena accused Lashley of being scared to which Lashley smirked and said, "Alright, you may not be worthy but you can have your match at Survivor Series. Last time I beat you and Big Show easily. This time I'll be able to focus on just you and it'll be even easier to break you in half once again." Lashley dropped his mic and walked away, as Cena stared with a blank but focused look.

Match #3: Triple Threat | Sting vs. Goldberg vs. Hollywood Hulk Hogan
Goldberg came out to the ring and announced he wanted to be challenged. Steve Austin was too easy last week and he wanted someone to come down and face him. Not long afterwards, Hollywood Hogan's music hit, but before he could make it down the ramp, so did Sting's. Sting and Hogan argued over who would get a shot at the champ in this match, but Goldberg interrupted them saying he'd take them both on, and if by some act of God either of them won the triple threat match, they'd get a shot at his belt at Survivor Series. Goldberg was wrecking both of them to start out, basically just alternating between throwing one or the other all over the place. Eventually he launched Hogan out of the ring and focused his attack on Sting. Goldberg hit Sting with a spear and followed that up with a Jackhammer for what appeared to be a certain victory, but Sting kicked out at the last second. A bewildered Goldberg hoisted Sting up again for a second Jackhammer to finish him off but before he could get the pin, Hogan recovered and threw him to the outside. Hogan then landed his patented Leg Drop on Sting and he simply could not survive the force of three finishers in short order and succumbed. It looks like Hogan will be facing Goldberg for the title at Survivor Series.
Winner: Hollywood Hulk Hogan by pinfall.

Main Event: Two on Two Tag | Christian and Matt Hardy vs. Mark Henry and ???
Christian came out to the ring with Matt Hardy, holding a microphone and stating that he, Edge and the Hardy Boyz had aligned to form their 4-man team at Survivor Series. Mark Henry followed up with his entrance as Christian laughed stating that Mark still hadn't found any friends to team up with him at the next pay-per-view. Then Mark Henry had a laugh of his own and just pointed to the jumbotron. "Ain't no stoppin' me... YOOOOO", Shelton Benjamin's theme blared from the speakers as he came out to the stage. He fist-bumped with Mark Henry as the two of them ran towards the stage to start this tag match. Hardy and Christian clearly weren't prepared for this and hadn't scouted Benjamin, and it showed. Henry brutalized Christian to start the match like he had last week and never even let Matt Hardy tag in. He took Christian to the corner and tagged in Shelton for the double-team move. From there, Benjamin went to work, hitting Christian with a series of moves followed by a superkick and a Jumping Complete Shot to put Christian down for the three-count. Afterwards Henry and Benjamin shoved Christian and taunted Hardy telling them to, "carry their asses home". Survivor Series isn't looking like quite the unbalanced fight it originally seemed to be and we've only seen two members of Mark Henry's team so far.
Winners: Mark Henry and Shelton Benjamin by pinfall.
