Match #1: Kurt Angle vs. John Cena | One on One
This match was to determine the #1 contender for the United States Championship. The former champion, Cena, attacked Angle during his entrance but the Olympic Gold Medalist was savvy and thwarted the attack. When the match started, Angle's technical game was proving too much for the Doctor of Thuganomics as he schooled him in the mat game. Angle eventually hit a trio of German Suplexes and an Angle Slam but Cena somehow kicked out which took Angle off his game. He ended up getting surprised later with an F-U, and unlike Cena, he wouldn't kick out of his opponent's finisher as Cena earned the right to face Zenk at Survivor Series to try to reclaim his United States Championship.

Match #2: Sting & AJ Styles vs. Mike Kanellis & Big Show
Sting and AJ Styles were making minced meat of Mike Kanellis before he was finally able to escape and tag in Big Show to turn the tide. The larger athlete caused Sting and Styles problems, but eventually Mike Kanellis felt he was ready to go and tagged himself back in. Big mistake. He was almost immediately victim to a Phenomenal Forearm from Styles, and while AJ pinned, Sting held Big Show's legs on the outside to prevent him from helping his teammate. After the match, Show went to help up Kanellis but got attacked from behind by the two nWo members. They then threw him out of the ring and proceeded to beat down Mike Kanellis much like Voodoo last week. The nWo is just running roughshod over everyone at this point.

Match #3: Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Prototype w/ Alundra Blayze
Shinsuke Nakamura tried to shake hands with the ominous Prototype before the match, but the half-man half-machine wasn't interested. He started pulverizing Nakamura, and while the #1 contender for the Intercontinental Championship was able to get some offense in, he wasn't able to do much against the Hardcore Champion. Prototype ended up decimating Nakamura with the Bionic Spear, before hitting Nakamura with a Spin-Out Powerbomb to get the victory. After winning though, Blayze motioned to Prototype to END Nakamura, and he did exactly that, locking in the Bionic Claw and choking the life out of Nakamura before authorities finally could pull him off the superstar.

Match #4: Donny Zenk vs. Sun Moon Chen | One on One
Donny Zenk continued to accept challengers in singles matches as United States Champion. Sun-Moon Chen caught the champion off guard with his fast-paced style, but once Zenk adjusted he was able to regain control of the match. A Twist of Fate later followed by the Red Arrow was enough for Donny to continue his hot streak and defeat Chen. Hopefully Zenk can carry that momentum into his rematch with Cena two weeks from Sunday.

Main Event: Brock Lesnar vs. The Rock | One on One
Lesnar and The Rock were set to face off in a non-title match. They started trading punches early in the match and Brock lost the exchange. He got frustrated and tried to leave the match altogether, but The Rock went after him and threw him back in the ring. From there it was all Rock, hitting the Spinebuster and then People's Elbow on Lesnar before going for the cover. But while he pinned, Heyman distracted the ref which led to Rock going after Heyman. That proved costly when Brock got up and rolled up The Rock from behind, grabbing his tights to steal the victory.

Match #1: The Rock vs. Steve Austin | One on One
We got a special treat with The Rock taking on Austin in non-title action to start the show. Austin was showing some ring rust though and The Rock outperformed and outworked him for most of the matchup. While Stone Cold showed the willpower to kick out of a People's Elbow, a Rock Bottom a short while later would do him in. After the match, The Rock celebrated while Lesnar sneaked into the ring behind him. He looked set to attack but instead waited for The Rock to turn around. Rock acknowledged Lesnar and raised the title up in the air, effectively saying, "If you want it, come get it."

Match #2: Sting vs. Mike Kanellis w/ Maria Kanellis
Sting absolutely manhandled Mike Kanellis here. Mike was able to keep alive in the match thanks to some distractions from Maria, but that only delayed the inevitable. Sting didn't even have to use the Scorpion Death Drop or Deathlock as a Piledriver ended up being enough to put away Kanellis. After the match, Sting grabbed Kanellis by the hair and motioned for the rest of nWo to come out. Mike tried to fight them off but couldn't and ended up getting stomped out by AJ Styles, Kevin Nash and Sting before they finally relented.
► Show Spoiler
Match #3: Randy Orton vs. Shinsuke Nakamura | One on One
Randy Orton went after Shinsuke Nakamura aggressively, pummeling him in the corner as soon as the match started. He smelled blood because of the damage Nakamura had sustained in his altercation with Hardcore Champion, Prototype, last week and wanted to end the match quickly. And he did exactly that. Nakamura tried to put up a fight, but the injuries from last week were clearly weighing on him. Orton ended up hitting a rope-hanging DDT and then RKO to win the match. After the match, seeing the opportunity to cripple his opponent in advance of Survivor Series. Orton lined up Nakamura and connected with a Punt Kick. It's questionable now if Nakamura will even be able to compete at the pay-per-view a week from Sunday.

Match #4: Hardy Boyz vs. Brothers of Destruction | Tag Team
With no number one contender chosen for the Street Profits WWE Tag Team Championships, the Hardyz and Brothers of Destruction faced off for that spot. Undertaker and Kane weren't exactly interested in playing fairly though, and attacked the Hardyz before the bell even rang. That advantage proved useful during the match, where the two brothers focused and wore down Jeff Hardy, eventually pinning him after Double Chokeslam to become the #1 contenders.

Main Event: Trish Stratus vs. Ivory vs. Mickie James | Triple Threat
The final match of the night was also a #1 contender's match with Trish, Ivory and Mickie James all staking a claim to challenge Jacqueline for the Divas Championship. They each had a valid case to be in the match. Stratus was the former Divas Champion who lost her belt to Jacqueline, Ivory had attacked and been attacked by Jacqueline in the weeks leading up to Halloween Havoc and Mickie James was the last woman to hold the retired Women's Championship. All three women looked like winning during the match, but the final sequence told the story. Mickie James hit Ivory with a Mick Kick and was just about to go for the cover, when Trish did her one better and leveled James with the Chick Kick. Mickie rolled out of the ring from the pain, allowing Trish to pin the downed Ivory and earn a chance to regain her championship at Survivor Series.

Match #1: Trish Stratus vs. Jacqueline (c) | One on One | Divas Championship
Trish Stratus was eager for revenge in this one and a chance to reclaim her Divas Championship. Jacqueline was still dominant like she had been leading up to her title win over Trish, but some of the edge she had was fueled by Ivory's previous attacks and was now gone. That cost her. Trish was savvier in this match and while it was very even, she ended up making a big play, catching Jacqueline off guard with the Stratusfaction. Jacqueline smartly rolled out of the ring though, preventing the pinfall. Trish went after her on the outside and rolled her back into the ring to try and get the win, but when she came in after her, Jacqueline sprung up and hit her with a massive DDT to knock Trish out cold and retain her championship. After the match, Jacqueline stated that she feels the "DIvas" Championship is offensive to the work that she and other WOMEN do in the ring, and that she would be retiring the belt and bringing back the WWE Women's Championship instead.

Match #2: Brothers of Destruction vs. Street Profits (c) | Tag Team | WWE Tag Team Championships
The Street Profits have basically run through the entire tag division over the last several weeks, but there are a couple of teams they still hadn't beaten and one of those was the Brothers of Destruction. This was their toughest test yet and both Mansa and Apollo looked up for the challenge. Except... they weren't. Undertaker and Kane MAULED the tag champs, effectively stopping all of their momentum of the last eight weeks in one match. Apollo and Mansa fought to get back into it at times, but each time were shut down with a Powerslam or Big Boot. Eventually, though the pair were able to isolate Kane in their corner. They took turns beating him down and then hit him with the G9 and pinned him to retain their titles. Undertaker made basically no effort to help Kane for some reason, and then after the match when his brother asked for some help getting up, he Tombstoned him and left him for dead in the middle of the ring.

Match #3: Randy Orton (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura | One on One | Intercontinental Championship
Nakamura had been Punt Kicked in the head by Orton less than 14 days before this match. However, It was a hard fought battle between him and Orton, one that Shinsuke looked extremely impressive in. Nakamura hit Orton with an Inverted Powerslam, then lined him up for the Kinshasa to put him away and grab the upset. But Orton ducked under it and quickly sprung up to hit Nakamura with the RKO and pin him to retain his Intercontinental Championship.

Match #4: John Cena vs. Kurt Angle vs. Donny Zenk (c) | Triple Threat | United States Championship
Donny Zenk has been on a great run as United States Champion, showing that Cruiserweights can compete for the major titles as well. With Angle maneuvering backstage to get inserted in what was supposed to be a one on one between Cena and Zenk, though, it made things a lot tougher for the high-flyer to retain his belt. Cena and Zenk initially worked together to take Angle out of things, believing that he didn't deserve to be there. They tried to make it a face-off between themselves, and Zenk was winning that. He had Cena down and was perched atop the turnbuckle ready to deliver a Red Arrow. He connected with it, but before he could go for the pin, Angle was back in the ring and hit him with an Angle Slam. Zenk rolled out in pain as Angle covered Cena to steal the United States Championship.
► Show Spoiler
Match #5: Prototype vs. Rey Mysterio | One on One
This match between Prototype and Rey Mysterio was to decide whether the Hardcore Championship (held by Prototype) or Cruiserweight Championship (most recently held by Rey Mysterio) would stay on as one of the main titles in WWE. Mysterio was getting absolutely manhandled by the machine that is Prototype, and it looked like he had absolutely no chance. Prototype got ready to lock in the Bionic Claw and but him to sleep but out from under the ring came... Eddie Guerrero? Guerrero who had a blood feud with Rey just a year ago, slithered into the ring and this time helped Rey, by delivering a low blow to Prototype. Even machines have... parts... I guess, and Prototype was writhing on the ground in pain allowing Eddie to drag Rey onto him to get the victory. Guerrero and Mysterio hugged after this, possibly signalling that their long-time feud is finally over. Also this win marks the return of the Cruiserweight Division to WWE.

Match #6: nWo vs. Voodoo, Finn Balor, Mike Kanellis & Big Show | 4 vs. 4 Survivor Series Elimination Tag Match
The nWo faced off against Voodoo, Finn Balor, Mike Kanellis and Big Show, the four men who they'd attacked over the last few weeks, in a traditional Survivor Series 4 vs. 4 match. One might think this would be an opportunity for redemption for the latter four but... it wasn't. The nWo won without a single member getting eliminated, clean sweeping the challengers out of the arena. It was hard to see who could possibly stop the nWo until... Nash and Hall turned around and clotheslined Sting and Styles. They then laughed and "Too Sweet"ed each other before delivering an Outsiders Edge and Jackknife Powerbomb simultaneously to their former allies.. Bulk Bronson rushed out, seemingly to help Styles and Sting, but then he joined in on the beatdown of his two former friends, as the trio hit both of them with Triple Powerbombs. It looks like the nWo as we know it is no more, and the original creators, The Outsiders, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, have decided to go their own way with Bulk Bronson still a part of the crew.

Main Event: Brock Lesnar w/ Paul Heyman vs. The Rock | One on One | Undisputed Championship
Brock Lesnar had a chance here to beat The Rock for the top gold in the company for the second time in less than a year. And it was evident he knew that. He did not take things lightly and went after Rocky aggressively from the opening bell. It was clear Lesnar had the physical advantage when it came to strength and speed and The Rock was on the ropes. Eventually Lesnar caught him with the F-5 and it looked like it was all over but The Great One kicked out at two. Lesnar didn't stop. Another F-5. Another kickout. Lesnar was pissed. A THIRD F-5. Another kickout. Lesnar was in a fit, and simply couldn't understand how he totally had The Rock beat down but the champ was refusing to relinquish his belt. So Brock went to go grab the title and shouted, "If I can't have it, then neither can you." Heyman screamed at Brock to stop, but he didn't listen and blasted The Rock with the belt as he slowly rose to his feet. The ref called for the DQ but Lesnar didn't care and he mounted The Rock and just started pounding his head with his fists, bloodying the champ. Eventually Heyman was able to convince him to stop, but on Lesnar's way back to the dressing room... BATISTA'S music started to play. He was out here with his Money in the Bank Briefcase and ready to cash in on The Rock. Rock could barely get to his feet for the challenge and it was all over in a flash as BATISTA became the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
