Just starting a thread on boxing.

Three of boxing's biggest rising stars who aren't yet in the picture for belts are fighting tonight.

Edgar Berlanga, 24, a knockout artist who didn't go into the 2nd round in his first 16 fights is headlining the card. Xander Zayas, 19, is undefeated and was the youngest boxing to ever sign a professional contract with Top Rank when he inked a deal at 16. Keyshawn Davis, 23, has the fewest fights of the 3 but had a very successful amateur career and has impressed in his 4 pro bouts.

Berlanga's up for a big test tonight. The only person who has beaten his opponent, Steve Rolls, is Gennadiy Golovkin.

Huge upset last night as Miguel Berchelt, who not long ago was talked up as one of the best if not the best at 130, lost to Jeremiah Nakathila by 6th round TKO.

Yeah that was sad to watch. Someone forgot to tell Jeremiah he was supposed to lose

The next 9-10 weeks are packed with title bouts.

GGG beat Murata today to unify two middleweight belts and set up a September bout with Canelo.
April 16: Errol Spence Jr. vs. Yordenis Ugas, for Spences' WBC and IBF welterweight titles and Ugas' WBA "super" welterweight title
April 23: Tyson Fury vs. Dillian Whyte, 12 rounds, for Fury's WBC heavyweight title
April 30: Shakur Stevenson vs. Oscar Valdez, 12 rounds, for Stevenson's WBO junior lightweight title, and Valdez's WBC junior lightweight title
May 7: Canelo Alvarez vs. Dmitry Bivol, 12 rounds, for Bivol's WBA light heavyweight title (Canelo wins this and I better not ever hear about Floyd Mayweather again. 50-0 ain't that big. Iron Mike says the same.)
May 14: Jermell Charlo vs. Brian Castano, 12 rounds, for Charlo's WBC, IBF and WBA junior middleweight titles and Castano's WBO junior middleweight title
May 28: Gervonta Davis vs. Rolando Romero, 12 rounds, for Davis' WBA "regular" lightweight title
June 4: George Kambosos vs. Devin Haney, 12 rounds, for the undisputed lightweight title

How do you feel about Ryan Garcia? I’ll probably try to watch his fight tonight if it’s not on during the ufc main event

Honestly have no real opinion on him. Most people think he's good.

Big news this weekend as Errol Spence is moving to junior middleweight (probably ending any chances of a Spence-Crawford unifier) and Inoue is moving up to junior featherweight.
