Just realized this but on the free agency thing is it totally unrestricted? Or are there restricted free agents?

To clarify, teams will have first dibs to re-sign their players, but there are no set rules for qualifying offers, etc.

So yes there are restricted FAs in a sense.

For example, Jayson Tatum's contract expires at the end of the year. He will have a preferred salary and his GM will have the option to agree. Some players, however, may refuse to re-sign with their team (if the team sucks, or if they aren't getting enough playing time, etc.).
