‣ MacIntyre hired as head coach at Indiana

Indiana officially announced that USF defensive coordinator Mike MacIntyre will be their new head coach.

MacIntyre spent just one season at USF, having replaced Brent Venables who took the head coaching job at Louisville last year. With Kevin Sherrer taking the head coaching opening at Alabama, MacIntyre did interview for the job as well as the Boise State and Washington.

Potential replacements that have been rumored about is recently fired Duke head coach Josh McCray and Kansas State defensive coordinator Ruffin McNeil who also interviewed for the Kansas State head coaching job.
