for real. I just got lucky they were either redshirting freshman or reserve players. Although I feel like losing Hatch is going to hurt - he was a Star Dev trait and an 82 overall as a true freshman

I have since tapered down the Seasonal (7% -> 3%) and Career (3% - > 2%) just to hopefully keep us from getting the death penalty too early

Conway, SC. - For the second time this season, headlines off the field threatened to overshadow Coastal Carolina football. But once kickoff arrived, the Chanticleers looked as steady as ever, storming past Georgia Tech in a 56-17 rout.
Heisman frontrunner Devin Hajrullahu delivered another dazzling performance, racking up 237 total yards (149 rushing, 88 receiving) and three touchdowns. It marked his fourth straight game with at least 200 yards from scrimmage and multiple scores.
“There’s a reason he’s in the Heisman conversation,” offensive coordinator Drew Patenaude said.
Quarterback Fredrick Meredith continued his own breakout campaign. The redshirt freshman threw for 364 yards and four touchdowns while completing 77 percent of his passes, maintaining the efficiency that has defined his debut season.
Defensively, the turnaround from last year remains striking. Linebacker Anthony “Double A” Atogwe returned an interception for a touchdown, and the unit combined for four sacks. Aside from two explosive Georgia Tech plays — a 75-yard touchdown to Ed Wilkins and a 26-yard score to Stanley Gossett — the Chanticleers dominated.
Now sitting atop the AP poll, Coastal (8-0) enters a midseason bye with all the momentum, a Heisman frontrunner who keeps producing, and a defense that looks transformed.
The Chanticleers will return to action in Durham against ACC foe Duke.

Devin "the Dude" flexing for the fans after the first of three touchdowns.

Ed Wilkins barreled through two Chanticleers defensive backs before breaking off his long 75 yard touchdown.

"Double A" getting up for the interception, then turning back the clock to his high school days with the quick TD return.
