That was one hell of a game. Almost caught the Chiefs asleep at the wheel.

We're probably not going to move up from No. 3 since the Saints have 1 win and would need to win out, even if they lose to us, for us to leapfrog them. Chicago (No. 2) play San Francisco this week (automatic loss) and then Detroit in the season finale. There isn't a clear cut No. 1 overall draft pick and the top two ranked players are quarterbacks (Nuss and Allar) and then two of the next four are offensive tackles which we aren't going to draft. As long as we land in the top 5, we should be good to get either a pass rusher or Caleb Downs.

‣ NFL 2025 Regular Season, Week 17 - Nissan Stadium, Nashville, Tennessee
(1-15) New Orleans Saints at Tennessee Titans (4-12)

NO | 7 | 0 | 6 | 14 | 27
TEN | 0 | 10 | 0 | 20 | 30

Titans snaps losing streak in wild finish against last-place Saints
In a matchup of struggling teams, the Tennessee Titans found just enough late-game poise to snap their skid, edging the New Orleans Saints 30-27 on Sunday at Nissan Stadium.

Brandon Allen, making his second start in place of injured rookie Cam Ward, authored two go-ahead drives in the final minutes. His first came with 1:56 remaining when Kalel Mullings barreled in for a 13-yard touchdown, giving Tennessee a 27-20 lead. But the celebration was short-lived: Spencer Rattler immediately struck back with a 61-yard touchdown to Devaughn Vele, stunning the home crowd.

Unfazed, Allen calmly guided Tennessee downfield again, setting up Joey Slye for a 42-yard field goal with 44 seconds left. Rattler pushed New Orleans across midfield in the final seconds, but with no timeouts, he scrambled as the clock expired, unable to spike the ball and set up a tying attempt.

Allen finished 22 of 37 for 249 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. He leaned heavily on tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo, who hauled in seven catches for 94 yards and a score, while Tony Pollard provided balance with 89 yards on the ground. Calvin Ridley added a red-zone touchdown before halftime.

The Saints, who fell to 1-15, saw flashes from Rattler, who threw for 268 yards and three touchdowns, two to Vele. Alvin Kamara added 72 rushing yards and a short receiving score, but turnovers again haunted New Orleans — Rattler was intercepted twice, and Tennessee’s defense generated consistent pressure behind Jeffery Simmons and Oluwafemi Oladejo.
