Wisconsin defensive back Taylor Medina foregoes senior season, enters NFL Draft
Larry Flagg -- Dynasty Sports Staff Writer
Wisconsin safety Taylor Medina has announced his intention to enter the NFL Draft, foregoing his senior season at Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin native leaves a storied legacy with the Badgers, winning the Bednarik and Thorpe Award in each of the past two seasons, anchoring Jerome Singleton's defense which improved from a struggling unit prior to Medina's emergence into a solid unit last year and were the Big Ten's best defense this past year.
Medina had fourteen interceptions in three seasons with the Badgers, leading the team with at least six interceptions in the last two years. He also scored five defensive touchdowns in that time period, leading all active college football defensive players.
