Odell Beckham Jr's Breakout Game Ended Short With Injury But Receives Promising Prognosis
After spending more than a year away from the game of football as he recovered from a knee injury suffered in the Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, Baltimore Ravens fans held their breath as receiver Odell Beckham Jr. limped off the field on Sunday with an apparent knee injury.
Beckham Jr. was in the midst of a four touchdown performance against the Indianapolis Colts, a week removed from an impressive game against the Bengals where he caught six passes for 107 yards and a touchdown. According to head coach John Harbaugh, Beckham Jr. suffered an ACL sprain that will likely sideline him for one to two weeks before he's back on the field.
Baltimore extended Beckham Jr. for four more years on a $55 million contract as the marriage has been one made in heaven between Beckham Jr. and Lamar Jackson whose thrown for ten touchdowns on the season with no interceptions with five of his touchdowns going to Beckham Jr. Jackson has also been buoyed by the additions of Zay Flowers (11 receptions, 135 yards) and Nelson Agholor (8 receptions, 110 yards, 2 touchdowns) who figure to have an expanded role in the offense with Beckham Jr's absence.

yeah i liked the feel to it, definitely still got a rush with a collapsed pocket but guys weren't running free as much. what do you have run blocking at? i had it high to see if success in the running game would result in more rush attempts but it hasn't. My DL never gets off blocks as a result.
you can't tweak pass attempts/play calling bro lmao it's been my biggest problem with the game.

I’ve got pass blocking at 0/0. I have run blocking at like 10 for user and 20 for CPU.Soapy wrote: ↑13 Sep 2023, 09:52yeah i liked the feel to it, definitely still got a rush with a collapsed pocket but guys weren't running free as much. what do you have run blocking at? i had it high to see if success in the running game would result in more rush attempts but it hasn't. young caterpillar, come sit on my knee.
i'm already on the accelerated play clock. Offensively, we ran 58 plays against Denver, 56 against Buffalo and 69 (nice) against Pittsburgh. Defensively, it's been 64, 68 and 85. Outside of the Pittsburgh game, those are all well under the NFL average with the Pittsburgh game being one over the average. Lowering the minutes (something I tested) won't fix the CPU disparity between run and pass, it'll make it worse since now a bigger percentage of plays are going to occur in the two minute warning and/or towards the end of the game which favors passing plays being called by the AI.
It would also result in my players stats being thrown off from a realism standpoint.
