Williston - Bismarck senior QB Cade Cannon accounted for 385 total yards and all six of Bismarck's touchdowns in a 42-17 win to finish the regular season at 9-0. Cannon and a number of other starters played just three quarters in front of a crowd that was about half Williston fans and half Bismarck fans and various scouts.

"Good way to close out the regular season." Cannon told me when I asked about going undefeated. "It's awesome to be home for the playoffs, ultimately it doesn't matter much if we don't win it all."

Bismarck will have to wait for the results of other games on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to determine their opponent in the first round of the playoffs.
