When you use these real life players pics as "avatars" for the guys in the game do you try to find ones close in size and do you try to make equipment and numbers match in the game?

I just go for same school, same ethnicity and same position so they are a similar size. Don’t match the numbers or equipment. Their numbers would change anyway since I might already have that number taken, ya know?
