Impressive first season at WVU. Starting off 6-0 again means this team is hungry to return to the CFP
That and a ton of NIL money! lol

I've been playing this game through its beta for a while now. Super awesome to see a dynasty being done on here. Solid start at WVU.
It's such a solid game, it's in depth. Much better than any of the other CFB games out there imo.

Year 13 - #2 West Virginia Mountaineers - Big 12 Champions - CFB Playoffs 2nd Round

Notes:
- We were definitely frauds this season lol. Survive and advance at its finest.
- TCU absolutely shut us down. We had a big 2nd quarter and our defense held on.
- UCF did a great job, but a late interception by UCF when it was 27-27 allowed us to up and hold on to the win.
- We almost choked away a 38-7 lead over Baylor. They recovered 2 straight onside kicks, and put a massive scare into us.
- Cincinnati scored with no time left on a 38 yard hail mary, they didn't get the 2 point conversation and we win the big 12.
- We actually came out flying against Alabama. We throw two red zone interceptions in the 1st quarter. If we score those two, it's 21-0 and we have control. Unfortunately, we couldn't keep it going.
- It was a fun team to play with, they didn't turnover the ball(6 on the year). Solid defense and explosive on offense.
- We return everyone except 4 starters, we should be really good next season. We need to learn how to play against the Big dogs.

Year 14 - West Virginia Mountaineers

Image

- Both our coordinators became head coaches. One of them at an SEC school as well.

Coaching Tree Update:

Image

- Two more became head coaches, and one from last year became the head coach at Wisconsin.

Image

- Decent class, Higher quality than quantity.
- We got better in key positions, especially OL and DB.
- Would've liked to pick up a RB, TE, and back up QB.

Year 14 - #14 West Virginia Mountaineers - 5-1

Notes:
- This team is really good, but it just doesn't feel it will reach the heights of the previous two.
- New DC, aint cutting it.
- We got over the hump, and defeated a top tier opponent in Oregon. Not an SEC team, but it was a big win.
- Then we crap the bed, and lose to Cincy.
- Wasn't even turnovers, we struggled to run the ball a little bit but it wasn't the issue. We gave up sooo many big plays. 4 plays over 40+ yards given up. Just dumb.
- Everything is still in our hands, every team in the 2nd half has a .500 record or better. So we will have to play.

Year 14 - #14 West Virginia Mountaineers - 10-3 Sugar Bowl Loss

Image

Image

Notes:
- Our DC is getting fired.
- We had a better team than what played. Just constant shootouts. We dogged one bullet with TCU, then got hit against Baylor.
- Our offense was electric, and we have another Player of the Year.
- We have a lot to replace, but a lot coming back. With the best recruiting class we've ever had coming in.

Dang ND back to back.

This game looks really good. I might have to look more into it.

Are you already thinking about a new DC?

Game is legit, it's so deep and customizable. They just allowed custom recruiting classes.

And He took the head coach job at Wake Forest, so got off easy there.
