Year 15 - #3 West Virginia Mountaineers 6-0
Notes:
- Believe we have fixed the defensive problems. Except for the Tech game.
- Big game with Oregon returning the trip and we controlled from the beginning.
- We are more balanced than years past. The run game is better than years past.

Year 15 - #4 West Virginia Mountaineers - 12-2 - Big 12 Champions, QB Stephen Kung Player of the Year, 2nd Round Playoff Loss
Notes:
- Another playoff exit.
- Our OL was destroyed in the 2nd half of the season with injuries.
- We barely survived the BYU game, last second one.
- Then our luck ran out against Baylor, losing on the last play.
- Survived the B12 championship to collect our 3rd Title in 4 years.
- We had a chance against Kentucky, 34-20 with 10 minutes left, we throw a pick from the 5 yard line. We didn't play well, we got sacked 5 times.
- We lose a lot on defense, we will take a step back there. I believe we'll be ok on offense.
Around the League:
Good Years: Fresno State, Michigan State, Marshall
Bad Years: Alabama, Penn State, Ohio State

Year 16 - Alabama Crimson Tide
Notes:
- The Crimson Tide came calling, and it was time to leave. It came down between staying at WVU, Alabama, or Florida.
- Ultimately, we had a large senior class at WVU. It would take some time to rebuild that defense. It was the right timing.
- Alabama hasn't been..Alabama. One SEC title in 8 years, and a 7-6 season.
- I made a mistake with the coordinator hires, brought in a new OC but had to buyout the old guy. Had to stay with the DC in place till next season.
- Got to learn how to recruit like a big fish.
Coaching Changes:
- WVU should've hired my OC, not DC but whatever.
- The class looks solid, they had more commits on low potential guys that I would care for. But overall, very good.
- More 5 stars in this class, than the other 12 years in college combined

Year 16 - #3 Alabama Crimson Tide - 6-0
Notes:
- Good start to the Alabama journey.
- The JUCO QB won the job in camp, was more accurate.
- We've been in control all season, even the close on with South Carolina, we had control.
- I wish we were a little bit more explosive, but we're efficient and playing good defense.
- Last four games will be rough, and will make or break the season. Especially with Texas and Georgia back to back, then the Iron Bowl to finish the year.

Year 16 - #7 Alabama Crimson Tide - 14-3 National Runner Ups
Notes:
- Well, a great year that had highs and lows.
- Georgia really had our number but we got them when it mattered the most.
- In the third one, we just said we're going empty. Run the QB, and throw the ball and get them into 1v1s. It worked.
- Knocking off the 3 in a row champion was a wild ride, we dominated most of that game.
- Only to come crashing down against Penn State. Just...disappointment.
- We really beat two better teams on the way there. The difference, the run game. We ran the ball well against Georgia and Notre Dame. We went into Penn State as if we were the better team. Should've went into it with a different plan.
- First year was a massive accomplishment. Iron Bowl win, National Runner Up, and a great class.
