News and Notes
Ramczyk injury leads to more OL shuffling
Starting RT Ryan Ramczyk suffered an upper arm fracture in the win over the Buccaneers and is expected to miss at least three weeks. The injury will lead to another reshuffling of the offensive line with Trevor Penning expected to move to RT with Max Garcia stepping in to start at LG against the Falcons. Andrus Peat is expected to return for the playoffs and will likely start over Garcia at that time.

Taysom Hill cleared to play
Taysom Hill was banged up and not available for most of the second half against Tampa Bay. Hill has been fully cleared and will play against the Falcons.

Saints will not be scoreboard watching
"We're going to play our guys to an extent and see how the game is going. We like where we are seeded in right now but with other teams playing at the same time or after us we're just going to be focused on us and doing what we can to win the game." Saints head coach Dennis Allen said when asked about the outcomes of other games in the NFC causing them to adjust how they play. New Orleans is currently the third seed in the NFC playoffs with the 49ers posting an identical 11-5 record currently holding the second seed. Minnesota sits in the fourth seed with a 10-6 record. The 49ers will host the 6-10 Rams at 4:15 while the Vikings play at Detroit in a 1:00 game. The Rams have been eliminated from the playoffs but the 8-8 Lions are currently the 7th seed, just ahead of the Falcons and Packers who are both also 8-8. If the seeding holds the Saints will host the Seahawks who are currently 9-7 in the Wild Card round. Seattle plays at the Cardinals (3-13).

Peat expected to be ready for the playoffs
"We didn't want to push things this week given the circumstances." Andrus Peat said when asked about his recovery. "Feeling pretty good, pretty close to 100% and should be all good to go next week." Peat missed the past few weeks with a dislocated hip. His return would be timely with the injury to Ramczyk.

Getting healthy at the right time, probably would like to see Seattle more than likely.

Ramczyk is a huge loss but it will be nice to get Peat back as he is a pretty decent upgrade over Garcia. Penning is nearly 20 OVR worse than Ramczyk though.

We'd be happy with Seattle, Detroit or Atlanta in the Wild Card. Would prefer not to drop to the 5 seed and draw Philadelphia.
