House Rules
Recruiting:
- Cannot target recruits higher than 3 stars until the program is 3 stars unless the recruit has the program ranked as the top choice.
- Can only scout a player once in the preseason
- Can only recruit the number of seniors plus half the number of juniors.
- In the offseason, can target as many player as needed to replace outgoings due to the transfer portal or early declarations
- Cannot remove recruits from your recruiting board unless you have no possibility of landing the recruit OR the recruit has locked you out
- Majority of recruits should come from program pipelines
- Recruits not from program pipelines should first come from the program's region (i.e., Georgia program targeting recruits in the Southeast). Recruits from outside the program's region cannot be higher than 3 stars unless the recruit has the program listed in the target's top 10 OR the recruit is not at the Top 8 stage in the preseason.
- Cannot add 4 star recruits to your recruiting board after the preseason
- Preference should be given to transfers who are from the same state as the program
