KANSAS FOOTBALL
Recruiting Update

Kansas Lands Utah Linebacker

Charles Lewis, a linebacker from Sandy, Utah, has officially signed with Kansas. Lewis measures 6'6" and 222 pounds. He has played a number of positions throughout his highschool career and could do so at Kansas. His best fit is probably as a pass rushing 3-4 outside linebacker. Lewis chose Kansas over Oklahoma State, Nebraska, Texas A&M and Utah.

The recruiting staff also indicated that 4 star receiver Maurice Davis of Cottonwood West, Utah, whom they had been pursuing, had announced his signing with Syracuse.

The Lewis signing bring Kansas total commits to 16 now, all listed below.

not sure exactly how we'll use him yet but could be a nice 3-4 pass rusher

Wow 10 total sacks. Nice job getting that W.

If you beat K-State this rigged for sure.

Should I do Kansas real life OOC schedule going forward? Probably won't do FCS though.

I'll have one open date in 2014, other two I'll match their real life 2014 schedule (Duke and CMU). What are some teams I should try to schedule for that open date?
Maybe a MAC team? (Kent State or Akron?)
Or a different conference since we're playing CMU already?
