Yikes at only getting a 2nd and 5th round pick from the Redskins. Yeah, the contract is bad, but the Redskins were desperate. He's far better than anything they could get from the free agent list. A 1st and 4th should have been the minimum. Tough trade, but hopefully you can find some good value with your new picks.

I really tried to get a 1st, even to just trying for a 1st on it's own but they were having none of it. They might have been desperate but they knew Stafford wanted it since he made it public. That 2nd round pick is going to be clutch though, I can feel it. As for the 5th round...

So, you have Jesse James. Now all you need is someone named Hunter, Shawn, Billy, and a player with a name that starts with X.

Good win against the Cowboys, looks like Jesse James is going to be a big part of the offense going forward. Him and Golladay will make for a good young receiving corp for whichever QB you draft or sign to be the starter going forward.
