As this is a relocation franchise there has been the addition of a house rule for players wanting to stay / free agents.

Every player that I want to keep on the team that is currently on the roster is subject to a dice roll. The results will determine whether the player stays or leaves. Players on their rookie contracts are exempt from this rule.

1-2: Player wants to be traded or cut at end of season.
3: Player is not happy with the move but will consider staying. Can be traded if available.
4: Player is not happy with the move but is willing to stay.
5-6: Player is happy with the move.

Every free agent I want to sign and every player who will become a free agent on the team at the end of the season is subject to a dice roll. The result will determine whether we can negotiate and if we have to pay extra for the player.

1-2: Not willing to negotiate. Cannot sign.
3-4: Requires a larger than normal contract or bonus to sign.
5-6: Willing to negotiate at normal contract levels.

Good luck in your first game. You did a really good job setting up the storyline. I find it interesting that a steel industry mogul is buying the team and moving them to London.

Neat concept. Will be interesting to see how the "lame duck" season in Detroit goes.
