Fall camp begins as 49ers roster, first official depth chart released
Jalen Hernandez -- DynastySports.com

The Long Beach State 49ers have gone through spring practice and summer camp and with fall around the camp, all of the players for the first Long Beach State 49ers football team are on campus. The team also released an official roster and depth chart for the opener against Oregon in three weeks.

A few notes include that Long Beach State has 17 seniors and 15 juniors which opens up a lot of scholarship space for this team to look completely different by next fall. There are also only ten freshman on the roster and in a surprise twist, the state of Ohio has its fingerprints all over the roster.

The first starting quarterback for the Long Beach State 49ers? Kris Mullins out of Twinsburg, Ohio. Mullins is a transfer from Youngtown State where he was a backup for two seasons.

Very interesting concept. Definitely going to get brutalized this first season
We have a shot against Army due to the triple option but outside of that, i dont see a win on our schedule.

stick skills will be tested.

There won't be much Around the Nation the first season or the second, possibly. I'll do one every four weeks or so to keep y'all updated.

Want to focus more on this team. Probably won't do previews either.

Just games and recruiting through the first season, maybe some previews the second and then by the third season, I will probably run it like I did my Miami chise.

Welcome aboard.

We suck.
