Dynasty Rules and Settings

I'm not setting many rules initially, but I will add them here as I go.

Scouting
-Initially I will not do extensive scouting. This represents the lack of resources a "new" team would have. I will scout as I see fit after season one.

Recruiting
-If I over-recruit one of the new players will have to be cut, not an existing roster player. Cut over-recruits will be re-created in the following year's recruit pool.

-Until we have established ourselves we can not recruit any prospect who does not have us in their top 3 to begin. If we're short on recruits I will expand to top 5.

Transfers
-All outgoing transfer requests will be granted, we want volunteers, not hostages.
-All incoming transfer requests will be welcomed in if roster space allows, although some may be subject to position changes.

Settings
Game - NCAA 14 on Xbox 360
Skill Level - All-American
Sliders - My own AA sliders. Will be revisited as needed.
Quarter Length - 8 minutes
Game Speed - Normal
Speed Threshold - 0
Penalty Sliders - Offsides, False Start and Holding at 55, Roughing the Passer at 52. Rest at 50.
ALL UOP GAMES WILL BE PLAYED NO SIMMING
