White returns back to practice, expected to play in Divisional Round
Phil E. Curran -- ESPN.com

When the Toronto Huskies took the field for the only time this week during their bye-week, their energetic #54 linebacker was out there as well.

Huskies rookie LB Case White returned to practice on Wednesday and was no longer listed on the team's injury report after missing the past four games with a collarbone injury. White leads the team in tackles (116) and is second in tackles for losses (18) despite missing those games.

Toronto will play either Minnesota, the New York Giants or Philadelphia in the next round.

Huskies completely dominate the line of scrimmage, rout Vikings 37-14 en route to NFC Championship Game
When Toronto's second year cornerback Dorian Burnett got the alert on his phone that the team had traded for veteran corner Stephon Gilmore during the preseason, his heart sank. He went from competing for a key role as the team's slot corner to now fighting for his spot on the roster.

"Special teams," says Burnett, "That's how you stick around in the league if you're not one of the top 22 and that's what I focused on."

Burnett's field goal block at the end of the first half was returned for a touchdown and help bust open the door to an eventual 37-14 pounding of the Minnesota Vikings at the hand of the Huskies to advance them to the NFC Championship Game.

The touchdown by Jamal Adams was the first of the game before Trevor Lawrence found Rondale Moore for a 52-yard touchdown pass on the first play of the team's second drive in the second half. After yet another Minnesota punt, Toronto went on a seven minute drive that ended with Lawrence's second touchdown of the day, this time to Brycen Hopkins as Toronto began to bleed out the game.

The Huskies defense harassed Mitchell Trubisky all night, sacking him nine times and shutting out the Vikings before a defensive touchdown and a late offensive touchdown in the fourth quarter when Toronto started pulling their starter.

The Huskies will now face Seattle in the NFC Championship Game, their third straight appearance.

Huskies manage to contain Wilson, Conner in second half as Toronto advances to the Super Bowl

Huskies manage to contain Wilson, Conner in second half as Toronto advances to the Super Bowl
Stanley James' missed extra point was looming large as the Seattle Seahawks had not only taken the lead but gotten a stop in the fourth quarter.

As Trevor Lawrence came to the sidelines, several defenders tapped him on the shoulder and helmet.

"We got you," said linebacker Nolan Garrison of the message being relayed, "We were going to make some stops, get Trev [Lawrence] the ball back and let him carry us to the Super Bowl."

Lawrence did just that, overcoming a three interception performance to lead the team down the field in the fourth quarter for the Keith Patrick touchdown with five minutes left in the game and the defense did the rest, stopping Seattle once more in their 35-28 win over the Seahawks.

Seattle took a 28-27 lead after Lawrence was intercepted for the third time in Seattle's own endzone. Russell Wilson was then able to find a coverage mismatch with pass rushing specialist Garrison being stuck on D.K. Metcalf, leading to a 39-yard touchdown.

Garrison would sack Wilson on the first play of the next drive, helping Toronto secure a three-and-out.

The Huskies will now face the Cleveland Browns in what is their second Super Bowl appearance in as many years.
