Yeah I"m thoroughly surprised about how this ended up going, but I definitely foresee some crucial holes coming up this offseason.

Beachside Brawlers
I keep a running spreadsheet for all my chises that has every team's GM, HC, OC, DC, and 3-6 key position coaches. Then I use a series of random number generations and my own logical decisions to create the coaching changes. I started doing this after M12 when EA stopped using the coordinators.
It works likes this:
I take 7-10 HC candidates (usually the top two OCs, top two DCs, a positional coach or two, the recently fired head coaches, and a college coach) and assign them a number. For every HC opening, I run the number generator four times to give them four "interviews." I then run the generator again on each coach for a point system until one coach gets 20 points and wins the job (simulates team's going back and forth between coaches when it takes a couple of rounds, or a team falling for a coach early if I roll back to back tens on a coach). I then fill the staff on what makes sense. For instance, this time around CLE hired Frazier. I had him take Bienemy with him from MIN to be his OC. And I do that for every team until I fill their staffs.

Outstanding idea
