Wolves Sell Ben Chilwell to Real Madrid for £55M

    Image
Wolves have decided to part ways with left-back Ben Chilwell. The 25-year-old Englishman was rumoured to be on the outs when Achraf Hakimi was brought in last January, and with the Moroccan looking far more dangerous than him last season, Wolves believe it's safe to let Chilwell go for a very large fee of £55 million to Real Madrid. Wolves plan to bring in another cheap left-back option to spell Hakimi going forwards.

    Lisandro Duarte Loaned Out

Academy graduate attacking midfielder, Lisandro Duarte, has been loaned out for the season to PSV. Duarte looked decent in limited action last season, but with Izzy Brown and Pedro Fornals ahead of him in the depth chart, a loan move to the Eredivisie looks like the best way for him to get some consistent playing time this season.

    Mason Harrison Sold

Mason Harrison had a decent loan-spell at Huddersfield last year, but failed to show anything that indicates he is at the level required for Wolves. The club has sold him to Spanish side Real Sociedad for £11,900,000.

Wolves Sign American Starlet, Antonee Robinson

    Image
Wolves have acted quickly to replace the hole in the depth chart left by Chilwell's departure, inking the signature of Antonee Robinson from Malaga CF for a reported £10.7 million fee. The American left-back possesses pace and some quality technical ability, and at 24 years old should be a good long-term backup for Achraf Hakimi in the position. He will earn £39.5K per week at Wolves.
