I haven't given any thought to house rules yet. Just went with what seemed most realistic. Tim Rebowe focuses hard on Louisiana even for transfers (there are like a dozen non-Louisiana guys on Nicholls' real life spring roster) and being the worst team in the state in the FBS, it didn't make sense to target top- or mid-tier players in Louisiana. The Texas and Mississippi targets are just the eight players who were already interested so I can try to create a three-state recruiting area.
