This isn't a bad idea -- if speed is 95+ maybe using a random generator for 90 to the current speed rating or something. With some luck you can keep the original rating if it's higher than what the random number is but otherwise you bump it down...:hmm:

yeah maybe even take into account the star rating or natl/position rank maybe? like if the #1 recruit in the country is a 99 spd wr or hb, then i would believe it a little more... im sure we can think of a decent system
