This is how my playoffs went too. I won a lot of games but I didn't win them by a large margin. So I didn't feel like I needed to change the sliders because they were all difficult.

I was hyped for Campbell's homer it was a cinematic one too so it had extra juice

I upped the sliders for the playoffs so the fact we're grinding out close games instead of cruising is nice. I am worried about Seattle's pitching staff. Lots of hard stuff with break, which I struggle with

Campbell has been slugging in his first post-season with his 2nd homers in as many games.

Bregman was brought to Boston for the post-season and hasn't disappointed, smacking his 2nd straight 1st inning homer in the loss.


Kirby fanned 11 against his former team, but a bloop and a blast in the 4th pulled the Ms within striking distance before the bullpen blew the slim lead.

Hamilton and Rafaela have 3 hits between them all playoffs, and none in the ALCS

Story has been solid lately and obv Campbell, but with how streaky Story is I'm expecting him to fall off quickly. Casas' injury definitely hurt going into the playoffs

After a rocky 1st inning Gilbert found a groove, striking out 6 straight Red Sox at one point, but a walk then a single would chase him in the 5th.


Bello was dealing himself with 10 strikeouts and only one hit, which was unfortunately a solo home run by JP Crawford to break up his perfect game in the 5th.


Crawford was the only Mariner to reach base until the trio of walks in the 9th nearly allowed Seattle to steal the game.
