Yeah I'll take Stanford to cover and the under. Never play unders but I can't gauge this offense just yet.

Undefeated team that much of a dog? Stanford to cover, Stanford to win, under. This Notre Dame got four weeks straight of fraudulent results
we loss to SMU but yeah, I ran it through ChatGPT a few times and the line only got bigger so stuck with the original one

Stanford +15.5. Good luck in this one, Matt Melvin looks dangerous but like Caesar said the Irish have been looking pretty sus lately.

Stanford to win and the under. Defense is going to surprise the Irish.

Stanford rallies back from 24-7 deficit to take down rival Fighting Irish thanks to running game
Stanford's first-year quarterback threw two picks in the first quarter. Their Mackey Award winning tight end was hampered by an injury. Their top receiver, Rodney Cookus, was completely neutralized. Down 24-7 in South Bend, Stanford head coach Bubba Mack steeled his nerves, tightened his jaw and stuck to the identity of a Stanford program that has never lost to Notre Dame under his watch.

They ran the damn ball.

True freshman Rashawn Crouse's 78-yard touchdown to end the first half would be the shot in the arm that Stanford desperately needed to kick start the eventual 28-27 comeback effort against No. 18 Notre Dame in one of the more improbable wins of Mack's tenure at Stanford.

"We don't lose to those guys [Notre Dame] over there," Mack said after the game, "That's the standard at this program. We came in here, dealt with the adversity, never blinked, never faltered and showed everyone just who we are."

The Cardinal would take their first lead of the game in the fourth quarter when Anthony Masifilo found the redzone, one of three running backs who accounted for all of Stanford's touchdown along with Trumaine Lasike and Crouse. Even then, with eleven minutes left in the game, a win didn't seem probable for the sixteen-point underdogs as Notre Dame's Matt Melvin found Derek Chase for completions of 24 and 19 yards on consecutive second downs to get the ball into Stanford territory with the chance to take the lead with a field goal.

Melvin would throw his first interception on the night as he took a shot into the endzone that was intercepted by true freshman Kentrell Marvin.

Even after another three and out gave the ball right back to Notre Dame with a chance to once again take the lead with just a field goal, Melvin would once again be intercepted, this time by J.T. Kipper with four minutes left in the game.

Stanford stuck to the script, running the ball twice to set up third and five where Alex Rowe would throw a screen pass to true freshman Alfonso Bramble that was stopped a yard short of the first down.

With 3:17 left, Stanford didn't hesitate and went for it, picking up the first down on a handoff to Lasike. Faced with another fourth one, this time on the Notre Dame 23-yard line with two minutes left, Stanford would go back to Lasike who picked up twenty one yards and expertly stopped at the one-yard line, allowing the Cardinal to run out the clock.

Exciting comeback. The running game had a day but what an epic choke job by the Catholics with those picks.
