Top 25 is looking strange this season. Georgia and Miami are the only 'traditional' powerhouses at the top (I don't count Penn State). You might get a good match-up in the first round.

Both Tulane and MTSU have been doing crazy things in recruiting and I can’t pinpoint why or how. MTSU got the #4 ranked QB this previous season. They’re both upper 80s-low 90s overall.
