153 yards being the most yards in a game for the school is sorry as hell. But, y'all beat the piss out of them

I might've missed it - but hows the C-USA conference stacking up?

The program just started in 2015 bro lmao and was mostly a rushing offense. For perspective, our leading receiver, Bryson Davis, was the starting QB in 2024.
posted conference standings like two updates back, gonna post another soon. we're pretty much firmly in 2nd place behind liberty. would need to lose another game and then it'd still be a tie breaker situation so just need to run the table or drop one game, at the most

Alpharetta receiver Sean Branson commits to Kennesaw State amidst passing game success
Keke Hagg
Nov 10, 2026, 1:10 PM ET
KENNESAW, Ga. -- Kennesaw State has landed another commitment for their 2027 recruiting class with three-star receiver Sean Branson committing to the Owls and opting to stay in-state. Branson was also considering Troy.
A six-foot-two receiver at 212 pounds, Branson is a sturdily built receiver that does a bit of everything at the high school level, including playing defense and lining up in the backfield. As a receiver, which is where KSU is recruiting him as, he uses his size to stack corners on deeper routes and is most effective boxing out and making contested catches. There are some concerns about what Branson's top end speed is and if he'll be able to create separation at the college level but he does have the toolset to be an effective starter at the C-USA level.
Branson cited Kennesaw State's offense, specifically their passing game, as a reason why he chose them over the Trojans.
"I just think I can put up numbers in that offense," said Branson during his commitment, "The coaching staff does a good job of using different receivers and that's something that's appealing to me."
The Owls passing offense is ranked fourth in the conference and the total and scoring offense are both ranked atop the conference by a decent margin. Nine receivers have at least ten receptions on the season, including true freshmen Haskeem Nwokeji (16 receptions, 186 yards, 2 TD) and Tyrone Hoyt who broke the school record for receiving yards in a game this past weekend. Both of them are from the state of Georgia.

We got 3 SR receivers so definitely need it. Javon Rogers also looks like he's on his way out via the portal
