---
LB Donelius Johnson 15 Tkl, 2 TFL, Sack
Injuries
CB Dravon Wilson (Junior) Broken Wrist (Out)
S Railyn Adams (Sophomore) Ruptured Disk (2 Weeks)
Players to Watch
QB Pierce Clarkson (R-Jr) | 6′1″, 196lbs | 84 OVR, 83 SPD, 88 THP, 87 SAC, 82 MAC, 87 DAC
‣ Clarkson has bounced around with stops at Louisville and UCLA but he's found his groove with the Cougars, throwing for nearly 240 yards per game with twenty-two touchdowns and just three interceptions. The Owls defense did a good job of pressuring the quarterback last week and will need to do the same against Clarkson as he has been deadly this season when giving protection.
TE Thomas Jewett (R-Sr) | 6′4″, 237lbs | 81 OVR, 74 SPD, 77 ACC, 83 CTH
‣ Kennesaw State's defense has struggled against tight ends throughout the early portion of the season but have been better since Donelius Johnson came back his injury. They get one of the better C-USA tight ends in Jewett who had 42 receptions last year and is on track to best that number this season with 32 receptions for 401 yards and a touchdown through nine games.
DT Dylan Frazier (R-Sr) | 6′4″, 268lbs | 79 OVR, 77 STR, 80 BSH, 87 PMV
‣ Lost in the hype around KSU freshman tight end Tyrone Hoyt's record breaking performance was that the Owls ran for over 300 yards against New Mexico State last week. One of the reasons why is that the Aggies didn't have a disruptive interior force like Frazier who enters the game with a streak of three straight games with at least one sack.

Hopefully a tighter one than last game. Throw that QB off a little bit

You gotta get some help on that line for Williams. Five sacks is excessive.

LB Julius Puryear (Sophomore) Achilles Tear (Season)
HB Oliver Redd (Sophomore) Broken Collarbone (5 weeks)
S Nate Spak (Junior) Broken Tailbone (4 weeks)
LB Samari Blades (Freshman) Torn Labrum (Out)
Players to Watch
QB Blake Brown (R-Sr) | 6′1", 218lbs | 74 OVR, 73 SPD, 95 THP, 79 SAC, 77 MAC, 72 DAC
‣ The Owls see a lesser quarterback after facing a tough stretch of some of the conference's best. There's nothing special about Brown but he does have a big arm and isn't afraid to take chances, as shown by his 48 percent completion percentage. He is coming off two straight 300+ yard performances though, including a win over Florida International and threw five touchdowns against Sam Houston earlier in the season so he can make plays.
OT Josh Martino (Fr) | 6′6", 280lbs | 62 OVR, 81 STR, 69 PBK, 67 RBK
‣ KSU is turning into a good team and good teams take advantages of matchups such as these with true freshman Josh Martino starting at right tackle. In his first start last week, he gave up a sack and will face a pressure happy KSU defense that's been turning up the heat on opposing quarterbacks. The Owls will surely look to pressure Brown into being the erratic quarterback that he is and that starts up front with testing a young guy like Martino, making his second career start.
LB Gavin Moul (Sr) | 6′0", 227lbs | 74 OVR, 78 SPD, 82 ACC, 80 TKL, 71 MCV, 75 ZCV
‣ Moul is as reliable as they come, improving from his last year when he had seventy-six tackles to already having 97 tackles on the season with three tackles for loss. The Owls have a couple of quality tight ends they want to get the ball to and is starting to turn it around in the running game so this should be a busy day for Moul.

starters were in and out that game due to injuries/wear and tear and tried to scramble/extend plays too long at times
