Players to Watch
QB Josh Holst (R-Sr) | 6′4", 205LBS | 76 OVR, 77 SPD, 79 ACC, 88 THP, 86 SAC, 85 MAC, 76 DAC
‣ Holst had big shoes to fill, replacing a multi-year starter in Grant Cutler and he's raised the level of play. The former Northern Illinois transfer broke onto the scene with a 343-yard performance against his former team earlier in the season and while he's settled into a game manager role, he's navigated a long season to get an Aggies team that many pegged to finish bottom half of the season into the championship game.
WR Jordan Ross (Sr) | 5'10", 185LBS | 79 OVR, 92 SPD, 91 ACC, 80 CTH
‣ With how the Owls offense has been playing since the Liberty loss, this is probably going to be a shootout if the Aggies have any chance and they'll need their big play receiver to be a factor. The Washington State transfer is averaging 16 yards per reception on the year and is liable to break a game open at any point.
CB Jordan Shaw (R-Sr) | 6'1", 181LBS | 83 OVR, 87 SPD, 88 ACC, 81 MCV, 85 ZCV, 89 PRESS
‣ The only way New Mexico State wins this game its if they're not only able to keep up offensively with KSU but also force some timely turnovers. Shaw only has one interception on the season but had three last year with Nevada so if you throw the ball his way, he's liable to make a play. He'll line up in the nickel, close to the ball and to the action where he'll be in ideal position to be in the mix of things in the Owls' RPO heavy offense.

Just for that, I'm not pulling my starters.

Oh lawd.
Let's finish it properly this time.
We NEED this championship bro. I know the slander is going to be crazy if this is the one random game that decides to be competitive

I'm not too surprised since our schedule was front loaded but yeah, easily could have scored 80+ if I didn't pull my guys and start running out the clock. The last decent team we played (mid 60s) was UAB and that was competitive. Hoping we get a competitive game but that we still win comfortably lmao i can't handle another liberty debacle
